By training new and up and coming Plumbing and Heating Engineers who are developing their skill set in an environment where fossil fuels are not the ideal heating and hot water solution. I feel that within 10 years the Renewable technology will be second nature to all Engineers, apprentices or qualified.

This is why I endeavour to look out for as many young talented apprentices to educate them in the new market that precedes us today. If every plumber could advise every client of the most efficient way to move forward with their property then we can certainly make a difference. How big or small, it is still a difference.
